Your generous donations have enabled us to continue supporting our patients young and old, by funding projects that improve patient areas and provide them with enhanced services. A highlight of 2021 was joining former patient Callum Ward to the formal opening of our Charity funded ‘Enchanted Garden’ at University Hospital Lewisham. This space, next to children’s outpatients, was transformed from a neglected courtyard space full of weeds into a special garden for the enjoyment of our younger patients.

The garden was developed by a group of staff and volunteers, who dedicated their spare time to working on this project and remain committed to maintaining its appearance. This includes changing the theme of the garden with each season.
