As part of the charity’s Big Half fundraiser last year, the pharmacy team helped raise funds for tour charity which have helped us fund medicine support aids.

These medication management aids included pill boxes and dispensers that help patients track their medications and will help our most vulnerable patients, who do not have access to such devices to support them with managing their medication.

Katherine Howes, Lead Pharmacist CHS / Lewisham Integrated Medicines Optimisation Service, explained: "I am delighted that the Trust Charity have been able to support LIMOS. Some of the patients our team support live alone and do not always have funds to purchase medicine support aids or have someone close to help them around medicines. These aids will enable our pharmacy team to help some of our most vulnerable patients who self-manage their medicines and remain independent in their own home as long as possible."
