Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust Charity are inviting the local community to make a tangible difference to the lives of young patients by supporting their Amazon Wish Lists. These lists were thoughtfully curated by our colleagues in Children’s Services across University Hospital Lewisham, Queen Elizabeth Hospital Woolwich and our Children and Young People’s Community Services.

The Amazon Wish Lists offers a direct way for supporters to contribute to our Charity by selecting specific gifts that meet the current needs of Children’s Services.

From toys and books to sensory aids and each item brings comfort, joy, and distraction to children receiving care from Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. This initiative enhances the hospital experience for young patients and can have a lasting impact on their wellbeing and recovery.

Our Charity’s Amazon Wish Lists are tailored to meet the needs of children receiving care in various departments:

  • Lewisham Children & Young People’s Community Services: Supports children with health, education or social needs. Donations include toys, books, and sensory items that bring comfort and joy.

  • University Hospital Lewisham Children’s Departments: Items on this list help enhance the hospital experience for young patients, from educational activities to entertainment resources.

  • Queen Elizabeth Hospital Children’s Departments: Contributions here support children in outpatient and inpatient care, helping to create a more welcoming and engaging environment.

Items available include sensory tubes, ear defenders and gaming sets for imaginative play. These items improve the hospital experience for younger patients by offering playful distractions while they wait for their appointment or in between treatments.
