Football Tournament kicks off in aid of our Charity

The first ever LGT Football tournament was held at St Dunstan's College and what a fantastic evening it was.

Eight teams were cheered on by colleagues in nail biting 5 a side knock outs until, the final showdown between Recovery FC and Stars of Finance.

The tense final match came down to penalties with Stars of Finance becoming triumphant and taking home the coveted champions trophy.

Stars of finance said ''A big thanks to everyone for the hard work that goes into organising these events. Teams from various departments within the Trust came together to make this a pleasurable and enjoyable evening.

We look forward to taking part again next year to defend and retain our trophy.''

The football tournament raised £500 for our Charity, and we cannot be more grateful to all that took part.

Special thanks to our organisation committee colleagues in the Communications team, Wellbeing team, and Finance colleagues for putting together such a successful event.
