On Saturday the 3rd of September, ten of Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust's graduate management trainees will be teaming up to run the Vitality Big Half marathon.

Amy, Rachel, Jess, Olivia, Lewis, Matt, Raj, Dan, Ed and Genesis will be running to support the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS trust Charity with an aim of raising an amazing joint target of £2000!

Graduate Management Trainee, Genesis Stillwell who is in post as a Senior Delivery Manager (Gynaecology - WASH) is one of our Charity Champions and has been a supporter of the charity since joining the trust, has inspired fellow graduate trainees to take on this challenge.

The graduates explained: As LGT Graduates, we see first-hand the hard work and dedication of our colleagues across the organisation in caring for our patients, and as part of the NHS 75th anniversary, and our  10th year anniversary as a Trust, we are running the Big Half marathon on 3 September 2023 to fundraise for our very own LGT Charity to help continue  and build-on the amazing work the charity  has done  for our patients and staff. For most of us this will be our first half-marathon.  However, we are determined to take on this challenge, and hope that you can be a part of our journey. Every donation you make, no matter how big or small, will make a difference and will be greatly appreciated.

We can't wait to cheer them and the other 30 LGT colleagues already signed up to take part in this year's Vitality Big Half Marathon- Go Team LGT!
